Senior Manager, Investor Relations
Firmus Technologies
Firmus Technologies is a global leader pioneering the development and operation of efficient AI infrastructure across Asia Pacific.
Founded in Australia in 2019, our mission is to create the most efficient AI infrastructure by combining cutting-edge technology with a steadfast commitment to sustainability.
At Firmus, we are unique in our approach. We design, build, and operate a new class of digital infrastructure – the AI Factory. Through our model-to-grid technology approach, we have pushed the boundaries of multi-generational liquid cooling systems, energy management, AI software orchestration, and construction. For our customers, this approach allows us to make every watt count and deliver low-cost AI tokens globally.
Firmus AI Cloud
Our large-scale GPU cloud platform, Firmus AI Cloud, is purpose-built to deliver energy-efficient AI compute at scale to customers.
It empowers developers, enterprises, educational institutions, and government users to train and deploy AI models with unmatched efficiency and cost savings. With an ever-growing suite of services and applications, we are committed to delivering a cloud experience that is market-leading, proprietary, and built to scale.
Why Firmus?
As an NVIDIA Cloud and Engineering partner in Asia Pacific, you will gain skills, experience, and exposure across the AI industry and be part of shaping what this industry looks like for decades to come.
We are founder-led, not a big corporate. Decisions happen fast, our leaders are accessible, and there's minimum bureaucracy between you and the work. Ownership comes early. Whatever your role, you will have a direct line to outcomes, helping shape how the business grows as we scale nationally across a long-term, large-scale roadmap.
Work alongside founders and experts in AI infrastructure, energy systems and next-generation compute.
What we build here has impact beyond the business. Our AI Factories are designed to operate as assets to the energy grid to actively strengthen the communities and regions they operate in rather than drawing from them.
Considering applying? You don't need a perfect background to join our team. If you're driven and curious, there's a path for you. We back our people to grow into new domains and take on challenges beyond their previous experience.
Role Summary
Reporting to the General Manager, Investor Relations, the Senior Manager, Investor Relations supports the day-to-day execution of Firmus' investor relations program across market engagement, reporting, disclosure and public-company communications. This is a practical, execution-focused manager role with meaningful exposure, operating under the direction of the GM, IR.
The role will support the equity story, contribute to investor and disclosure materials, undertake quantitative and strategic analysis, help manage analyst and investor engagement processes, and turn market feedback into clear inputs for management. It is designed for someone with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience who wants to develop listed-company IR judgement in a high-profile global technology infrastructure environment.
Because Firmus is building in a category with limited precedent, the role suits someone who brings intellectual curiosity, first-principles thinking and a genuine interest in continuing to learn as the market develops.
It is a role for someone who wants to be close to the market, close to the company's strategic narrative, and close to how investors and analysts form a view on an emerging technology infrastructure category.

Market Engagement, Disclosure and Equity Story
- Support the GM, IR, CFO and CEOs in developing and refining the equity story, key investor messaging and Q&A across market engagement, reporting, disclosure and the broader transition to listed-company life.
- Contribute to investor and disclosure materials, including results releases, market updates, annual reporting content, investor presentations and other public-company communications, ensuring narrative consistency, defensibility and appropriate public-market language.
- Support engagement with sell-side analysts, institutional investors, capital markets advisers and other market participants across ongoing investor engagement, reporting and listed-company communications.
Investor Relations Program
- Support the IR calendar for results, trading updates, AGMs, investor days, conferences and investor engagement, ensuring materials are prepared and released on schedule.
- Draft and edit ASX announcements, results materials, investor presentations and shareholder communications in line with continuous disclosure obligations.
- Maintain investor targeting, meeting logs and feedback loops, working with the Coordinator to keep records current and useful.
- Support the accuracy and currency of the investor website, webcast materials and digital investor content, working with Communications, Legal and external providers as required.
Communications, Disclosure and Stakeholder Management
- Support day-to-day interactions with investors, analysts, capital markets advisers and financial media, escalating appropriately to the GM, IR and CFO.
- Support the disclosure workflow, including drafting inputs, sign-off tracking, legal review coordination and ASX release logistics, in coordination with Legal, Finance and Company Secretary.
- Partner with Corporate Affairs, Communications and Sustainability on cross-functional messaging, ensuring alignment between investor, media and community narratives.
Quantitative Analysis, Research and Market Insight
- Undertake quantitative and strategic analysis across consensus, peer benchmarks, KPI packs, market data, valuation debates and sector research.
- Translate market feedback, investor questions and analyst views into concise insights for the GM, IR, CFO and management team.
- Conduct research on investors, peers, market themes and relevant technology infrastructure developments to support investor engagement and internal decision-making.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- 5 to 10 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance or a closely related capital markets role.
- Strong working understanding of ASX Listing Rules, continuous disclosure, listed-company reporting and the role of corporate disclosure in investor engagement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial, technical and regulatory material into clear, outcome-first investor messaging.
- Strong financial, quantitative and strategic analysis skills, including comfort building and reviewing models, KPI packs, research outputs and reconciliation between internal and external views.
- High attention to detail, disciplined version control and the ability to produce accurate work in a professional, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior executives, external advisers, legal counsel and institutional investors, and to be trusted with sensitive information.
- Strategic thinking, commercial judgement and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
Desirable
- IPO or major transaction experience, ideally in technology, infrastructure, energy or high-growth sectors.
- Established relationships with Australian institutional investors, sell-side analysts, capital markets advisers or ECM teams.
- Experience with IR CRM tools, ASX Online, market data platforms (FactSet, Bloomberg, Refinitiv) and shareholder analytics.
- Exposure to sustainability, regional development or public policy narratives relevant to critical infrastructure.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who brings high standards, sound judgement and ownership to a hands-on IR role with meaningful exposure and room to grow. The role supports the GM, IR and provides a strong platform for further progression.
The right person communicates clearly, works comfortably with ambiguity, learns quickly, and takes pride in getting the numbers, narrative and process right. You are proactive, organised and reliable, with the judgement to know when to move forward and when to pause, check and escalate.
